Shipping Options:
We currently offer Cash on Delivery as our primary payment method. By placing an order, you acknowledge that payment is due upon delivery and that you agree to pay the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and other charges, in cash to the delivery personnel.
Order Processing:
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call, text, or email. Upon confirmation, your order will be processed and dispatched.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or change any order with prior notice due to various reasons, such as product out-of-stock, price issues, payment declines/fraud, technical difficulties, or quality control issues.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after placement. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Delivery Charges:
We offer FREE Shipping Nationwide within Pakistan. For International Customers, delivery charges and duration may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.
Delivery Time:
Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination. Within Pakistan, you can expect to receive your order within 3 to 8 business days. For Rural Areas, delivery may take up to 10 to 15 business days.
International Customers can expect their orders to be delivered within 5-12 business days after shipment.
International Shipping:
Please note that any customs duties or taxes applicable to imported products are the responsibility of the customer (importer). Delivery times and shipping costs for international orders may vary based on destination and shipping method.
Returns & Refunds:
We currently do not offer exchanges or refunds. However, in case of damaged products or size issues, we may offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Please note that returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available for international orders.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the unlikely event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Address Changes:
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout.
